Meet the Chefs

Chef Liz (founder), is a classically trained chef from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and has spent the last 15 years perfecting her craft. Just as important to her time spent in the kitchen, is her time spent understanding where ingredients come from in their natural environment.

Testimonials

"These days a true foodie wants more than just another mind blowing tasty meal. Finally, Seattle is bringing something unique to the table. What are the origins of the food I eat? Why are they important to the Pacific Northwest economy or ecosystems? Who farmed the produce and where? As a local or a tourist you can learn to love the Pacific NW all over again by eating and educating yourself to holistic satisfaction. You walk, you talk, you learn, you laugh, you eat! This experience will not disappoint." - EatSeattle Review
